Google Pixel XL Geekbench scores are not impressive

Everyone is looking forward to reading the reviews and opinions on the new Google Pixel and Pixel XL, these are the newly released smartphone by Google. Pixels are already expected to impress the industry, but we do not have any reports to show except for the scores from the Geekbench performance test.

The numbers are from Google Pixel XL for single-core test and multi-core test which hit 1648 and 4121.

This could be only a benchmark, but the scores are pretty disappointing. Google Pixel XL is equipped with Snapdragon 821, which performs better than Snapdragon 820.

The Snapdragon 821 can be found on latest flagship devices in the market today like, Galaxy Note 7, LG G5, HTC 10 and OnePlus 3. For the Google Pixel XL, it is the first Snapdragon 821 powered processor.

The expectations and performance for Pixel XL didn’t show any improvement, scores are still high though they are close to Snapdragon 820 devices. The difference between Snapdragon 820 or 821 is still in question, but we are expecting a more battery juice, faster response, and less heat.

Though these scores are not a good indicators, because smartphones vary from one user to another, we are still looking forward for more on-hand test and review of the Google Pixel XL smartphone.
