Chinese phone manufacturer Oppo announced the world’s fastest charging technology that can go from zero to 100 percent in under 15 minutes.
The technology unveiled at Mobile World Congress last Tuesday, Oppo said that their new SuperVOOC quick-charging technology, can charge a dead smartphone with 2,500mAh from 0 to 100% and this techonology will work on any traditional micro-USB and USB Type-C cables.
The said technology uses a low-voltage algorithm keeping the charge at low temperatures, according to Oppo, it only takes 5 minutes of charging time to give you 10 hrs of talk time. How cool is that?
This makes the fastest chargin device after Qualcomm’s “Quick Charge 3.0” feature which claims to charge smartphones faster from 0 – 80% in 35 minutes.
They will also launch the new smartphone F1 Plus in India in April 2016. The said device will have 5.5 inch full HD disply, octa core Snapdragon 616 processor, 4GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. Rear camera will be 13MP with auto-focus and f2.2 aperture, 4G, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and dual SIM functionality.
