Xiaomi announced the Redmi Note 3 way back in November, which is the first smartphone with fingerprint sensor and a full meta body feature. Today, they announced a different variant of the device, with a much more improvements. Let’s check it out!
Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 has two variation. One, they replace the MediaTek Helio X10 chipset with new Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 1.8Ghz processor, Adreno 510 GPU, integrated X8 LTE with CAT 7 speeds and supports VoLTE. The smartphone also works on all mobile carries in China which has 4G+ support.
The other change is the switch from a 13 megapixel camera on the back to 16 megapixels with f2.0 aperture and phase detection autofocus.
Second change is the camera, from 13MP to 16MP with F2.0 aperture and phase detection auto focus. Most of the other specs are the say, like the 5.5 inch 1080p display. 2GB RAM on the 16GB and 3GB RAM on the 32GB variant. Both are have juicy 4,050mAh battery life.
The 16GB model will be priced at RMB 999 or $151 and the 32GB price will be announce on a later date.
The Redmi Note 3 will also be coming out in India, prices and availability has not confirmed yet.
